Dr. Judy Vansiea is a nurse practitioner, speaker, author, veteran, mother and woman of faith dedicated to helping others navigate life with greater clarity, strength, and purpose.
Coping Nurse Practitioner In Psychiatry Services, Founder/President/CEO/Owner
What sets Dr. Judy apart is not only her clinical training but the life she has lived.
She has faced serious health challenges, including a life-threatening illness that impacted her ability to breathe and near-death experiences. She experienced grief, relationship challenges, personal loss, and moments of emotional and mental struggle while continuing to care for others.
She has been both the provider and the patient.
That perspective shapes how she shows up for every individual she serves with compassion, honesty, and a deep understanding of what it means to need support.
Today, Dr. Judy uses her voice for:
Educating others about mental health and emotional well-being through awareness, guidance, and open conversations that support emotional growth.
Sharing messages of resilience, healing, and purpose that inspire strength, hope, and encouragement through life’s challenges.
Encouraging personal growth through both clinical insight and lived experience to help individuals move forward with confidence and healing.
Her work extends beyond treatment. It is about helping people feel seen, understood, and empowered to move forward.
Dr. Judy’s life has included experiences that tested her physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Through those moments, she was forced to confront not only survival, but also purpose.
What could have broken her instead became a turning point, redefining how she views healing, resilience, faith, and the role she plays in helping others.
Throughout her journey, Dr. Judy has drawn strength from her Christian faith and from scriptures that continue to guide and encourage her. Two passages that hold special meaning for her are Jeremiah 29:11, which reminds her of God’s plans for hope and a future, and Hebrews 11:1, which speaks to the importance of faith even when the path ahead cannot yet be seen.
These beliefs have remained an important source of strength throughout her personal journey and continue to influence the compassion, hope, and encouragement she brings to those she serves.
Her faith became a foundation during some of the most difficult seasons of her life.
It is through those lens that she now approaches her work offering encouragement, perspective, and hope while remaining open and supportive to individuals of all backgrounds.
Dr. Judy’s mission is to educate, inspire, and empower individuals to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, faith, and purpose.
She believes that even the most difficult experiences can be transformed into something meaningful and that healing is possible.
Dr. Vansiea provided a very useful and insightful presentation on mental health to our group of ladies. The information provided was timely and effective as well as valid to our group of minority members. Dr. Vansiea taught our group about the various forms of mental illness and provided both personal and real world examples of why it is important to properly address mental health. The presentation was enjoyed by all who attended.
